What we collect
When you fill in the form on our contact page, we receive your name, email address and message, along with the date and time you sent it. If we reply through the website, that reply is saved with your message.
If you email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp or social media, we will also have whatever details you share there.
You don't need an account to use this website. Please don't send bank details or other sensitive information through the contact form.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you and to talk about your project. That can include arranging a consultation or preparing a quote. We also keep a record of our conversations with clients.
Who sees your information
We don't sell your information. It is stored with our website hosting provider, and emails pass through our email provider. We would only share it with anyone else if the law required it or we needed to protect our legal rights.
Other websites and services
Some pages load fonts and background images from outside services such as Google Fonts. Your browser connects to these services directly, so they can see technical details like your IP address.
We also link to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google Maps. When you open those links, their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, carry out any project that follows, and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Security
This website uses HTTPS, so information sent through it is encrypted on the way to us. No website can promise complete security, but we work to look after the information you share with us.
Your requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to keep some records if the law or our business records require it, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children
Our services are for adults, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us their details, let us know and we will remove them.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
